Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email to let you know your order is on the way.
Normally, orders are processed in less than 24 hours.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at bar@luxcey.com.

We try to ship as fast as possible, and cancellation is no longer an option once your order is shipped. In this case, please consult our refund and return page here.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

While we try to maintain our database as accurate as possible, all orders are subject to availability. If an item is not in stock when you place your order, we will notify you as soon as possible along with an estimated delivery date. You can then choose to wait or to get a total refund of your order.

 

DELIVERY LOCATION

We ship to the following destinations

  • USA
  • Canada
  •  Western Europe (France, UK, Ireland, Germany, Benelux, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Austria)
  • Australia and New Zealand
  • Singapore

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 days using UPS and Canada Posts.  

Once shipped, parcels are generally delivered within 1 to 5 business days for USA and Canada and 2 to 5 business days for Western Europe. 

International orders (outside of USA & Canada) may take up to two weeks (Europe) or three (the rest of the world). 

Occasionally, there may be hold-ups at customs, resulting in longer shipping times. Please know this is out of our control. We thank you in advance for your patience.

 

PRE-ORDERS DELIVERY

Orders including pre-order items, will be processed once all the items are available to ship.

 

STORE PICKUP

We are not able to accommodate local pickups.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

At the time, we do not offer local delivery.

 

SHIPPING RATES

USA

We offer FREE shipping to the USA on all orders over $100 before taxes.
All orders under $100 are subject to a $10 flat-rate shipping fee.

We ship via USPS from Montreal, Canada.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

Canada

We offer FREE shipping for Canada on all orders over $75 before taxes 

All orders under $75 are subject to a $10 flate rate shipping. 

We ship by Canada Post or UPS from Montreal (Canada). We will choose the less expensive transporter for your address.

 

Western Europe

We offer FREE shipping for Western Europe for all orders over 150€ before taxes and after discounts to he following countries: France, UK, Ireland, Germany, Benelux, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Austria.

All orders under 150€ to Western Europe are subject to a 20€ flat rate shipping.

We ship with UPS Worldwide Expedited and customs are included. Therefore, you will get your parcel delivered without paying anything more.

 

International orders

We offer FREE shipping for international orders over $290 before taxes and after discounts.

All international orders under $290  are subject to a $40 flat rate shipping.

 

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

USA
Your order will arrive without customs fees or additional charges.

We handle all required formalities; however, customs processing times are beyond our control.
Each order must also be approved by the FDA, which may take several days.

In some cases, your package may be randomly selected for inspection by customs, which can cause additional delays.

 

Canada

Our products are made in Canada, so you will be charged with HST or any normal taxes at checkout.

 

Western Europe

We ship with UPS Worldwide Expedited and customs are included. Therefore, you will get your parcel delivered without paying anything more.

 

For other international destinations, customs fees or taxes may apply. Any customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. 

We do not refund taxes and customs to clients who refuse the delivery.

 

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

If you have special delivery instructions, you may provide them during checkout or by responding to your confirmation email.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT

If there is any damage to the packaging during delivery, please contact us immediately at bar@luxcey.com.

Please provide your order number and a photo of the damage.
