Refund policy
Due to the nature of beauty products, we cannot accept returns.
Please keep in mind that the natural ingredients in our products tend to vary from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example).
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do so under 30 days to be eligible for a full refund or product replacement.
EXCEPTIONS
In certain circumstances, we can refuse a return, refund, or exchange:
- Damaged item during return shipping due to improper packaging
- Missing parts, elements, user manuals, or any other elements of the original product
- Product damaged due to improper use
- Product different from the original product
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products or perfume oils). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
EXCHANGES
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at bar@luxcey.com.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
In certain circumstances, only a partial refund will be issued:
- The product returned after 30 days after delivery
- Used product
- Product not returned in its original packaging or damaged or with missing parts not due to our error
- The parcel returned because of the refusal to pay taxes and customs duties for international orders (outside of USA, Canada and Western Europe)
SHIPPING
When shipping a return, please follow the instructions received upon authorization.
Please make sure the product is clean, in its original packaging and all caps are well closed to prevent any damage during shipping.
Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded except in these situations:
- Product quality issues
- Return is the result of our error
